Following on Berry’s note below and the agenda for the Working Group call tomorrow, attached for your information is a draft motion for the GNSO Council to approve the final recommendations from this group following your review of the three
public comments received (and assuming the group agrees on the final recommendations tomorrow). As is customary, staff anticipates that Heather (as the Council liaison to this Reconvened Working Group) will propose the motion to the Council before the deadline
for the next Council meeting, i.e. Monday 6 August. Please note that as the proposer of the motion, Heather may wish to edit or amend the text of the motion prior to submission.
