Thank you for your message.  I apologize for the delay; I have been out of the office.  

There are a couple of recommendations, namely Recommendations 11 and 12, that involve updates to ICANN’s website.  While the draft policies are out for public comment, I will begin work on updated materials for ICANN’s website.  The final versions may change depending on the comments received and the associated impact on the policy language.

I will set up a call during the public comment period to go over suggestions and concerns in relation to Recommendations 11 and 12.

I appreciate that the document finalises the actual transfer policy itself.  But one of the recommendations (Recommendation 12 of the Final Report for IRTP-D) was for a  user friendly, easy to find chart that explained the transfer process so that it could be easily understood by registrants.  While that isn’t in the policy itself, my concern is that this recommendation will be lost.

Could you please confirm that this recommendation will also be implemented, and my suggestion is that you seek community input for clarity of the explanation before it is put on the ICANN website.

We have now gone through all of the IRTP-D recommendations that address changes to the TDRP and Transfer Policy.  In order to give everyone a chance to provide final feedback to the drafts before they go out for public comment, I am sending around the most recent drafts of the TDRP and Transfer Policy so that everyone can provide feedback, if desired.

Please feel free to send these drafts to your colleagues or respective stakeholder groups.  Feedback on the draft TDRP and Transfer Policy will be due Friday, 2 October 2015.  Please respond to with feedback via the list.
