That's actually a good idea, as I rather not come to conclusion that a decision on IRTC becomes a major headache at IRTPD.

Here’s a crazy idea:  does it make sense to merge IRTP-C and IRTP-D implementation teams?  Recognizing that they would probably have different deployment dates, the two topics are very similar, and have nearly the same (identical?) work group membership.
