During yesterday’s (18 July) thick IRT meeting you asked me to provide an update on the activity we are seeing in OT&E.  As of 13 July we have seen 49 registrars performing over 85k thick transactions in .com and/or .net.  This is up from 33 registrars performing 70k transactions as of 20 June.
