A few recent communications to the Working Group list may have left you either confused or uninformed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We would like to take this opportunity to provide the following clarification:
- Mailing lists - All communications about the Thick Whois Implementation Project will go to the Implementation Review Team’s list (gnso-impl-thickwhois-rt@icann.org). Please note that Thick Whois PDP Working Group's list (gnso-thickwhoispdp-wg@icann.org) will be retired next Friday. If you are not yet on the IRT list and would like to be added, please let me know.
- Recent Meeting cancellation notices - The recent meeting cancellation notices that were sent to the gnso-thickwhoispdp-wg@icann.org list are unfortunate and unintended side effects of housekeeping done on our Outlook Calendar system.
- Next Meetings of the IRT - A separate email to the gnso-impl-thickwhois-rt@icann.org list with follow shortly on this topic.
