Dear IRT Members,

Thank you very much for your participation in the doodle poll last week. Unfortunately, we were not able to identify a time this week that would have allowed sufficient participation of both IRT members and required staff. 

Going forward, we will change tactics and schedule meetings in advance, at regular intervals, at a set time, on a given day of the week. 

Considering the progress made over the last few meetings and our current target of delivering a draft implementation plan for the transition from thin to thick in August, we propose that the IRT meets every two weeks in the next few months. Please let us know what you think of this proposal in response to this email at your earliest convenience.

Regarding the our next IRT meeting, we propose to organize it during the first week of May. Please use to following doodle poll by this Thursday 14 COB in your time zone to share your availability: http://doodle.com/poll/9ptcmxq82r2nvmi7  

Please also note that we propose to use your availability in this doodle poll to define a preferred date and time for future regular IRT meetings.
