As indicated previously, this meeting is an opportunity for the IRT to discuss further the questions that have been raised in relation to the transition from thin to thick during our last meeting in Dublin (https://meetings.icann.org/en/dublin54/schedule/wed-thick-whois-irt), and which were discussed to some extent over the mailing list in the last few weeks (http://mm.icann.org/pipermail/gnso-impl-thickwhois-rt/2015-November/000073.html).
