Whois Implementation Review Team teleconference is scheduled for Tuesday 04

We suggest the focus of our meeting be on initiating the working out of
implementation details for the transition from thin to thick Whois. Attached
to this email, you will find a draft outline to serve as a discussion
starter, for your consideration ahead of the meeting.
