I think we’d need to run another Doodle poll for a “standing” meeting.

I’m normally not available Friday later afternoon Irish time as I tend to be “en route” to see the only woman who scares me aka my mother

I’m usually available more mid-week, but I know that the week you put down on the poll I won’t be, as I’ll be travelling

Thank you for your feedback. I anticipate bi-weekly meetings with the IRT at the most-preferred time in the Doodle Poll; however, if we need to meet more or less frequently, we can discuss this point during our first call.
