Dear Committee Members,

I apologize for not remembering to bring this up on our call yesterday, but I would like to maintain the practice of having a face-to-face meeting in Beijing.  I have asked the GNSO Secretariat for a room for one hour (late in the day) on Sunday, April 7^th in an effort to accommodate all that are arriving on that day.  As soon as I have further information on this, I will forward it to you.
