Thanks Mary.  Ron, do we have direction from GNSO counsel for any further work at this time or not?

Thank you,

Anne

Subject: [gnso-improvem-impl-sc] FW: Business Constituency supports proposed changes to GNSO Operating Procedures

Dear all,

Please note the support of the Business Constituency for all three of the proposed changes to the GNSO’s Operating Procedures and Working Group Guidelines. Steve noted to me in addition that although these are being sent after the initial comment period had closed (there being no reply period as there were no comments), the BC wished the SCI to know of its support. We will inform the GNSO Council of the BC’s position when they review the full set of proposed changes.

Thanks and cheers

Mary

The Business Constituency (“BC”) submits these comments to the Proposed Changes Operating Procedures developed by the Standing Committee on Improvements Implementation (“SCI”) posted for public comment on September 17, 2014.

The BC wishes to thank the members of the SCI for this thoughtful proposal.

The BC fully supports the recommendations of the SCI for two amendments to the GNSO Operating Procedures and the one amendment to the GNSO Working Group Guidelines described in Section I.  The BC appreciates the opportunity to provide our comments on these recommendations.
