Attached is the SCI Charter as revised during the SCI meeting on 22 May 2013.  The change from the meeting was the re-insertion of "Full Consensus" in the Decision Making Section.  The other changes that are redlined and the comments are those proposed by the SCI Charter Drafting Team, and the inclusion of the Chair and Vice Chair election process as previous discussed and agreed to by the SCI.
 
This item is on the agenda for today's meeting at 1900 UTC/1500 EDT/1200 PDT.  It also will be posted in the Adobe Connect room.
