As of the close of the public comment reply period for the Proposed Modifications to GNSO Council Operating Procedures at: http://www.icann.org/en/news/public-comment/gnso-operating-procedures-2012-09jul12-en.htm there was only one comment.  It was from the Registries Stakeholder Group at: http://forum.icann.org/lists/gnso-operating-procedures-2012/ in support of the changes.

I will request that the forum should be closed and will prepare for your consideration the analysis of the comment, which as you might imagine will be quite brief.  Once you have reviewed the analysis I think the next step would be to prepare an item for the GNSO Council to review and approve the changes, perhaps with a motion for consideration at the next Council meeting.  I'll be happy to prepare a draft of the motion if you wish.
