As discussed on today's SCI call, the GNSO Council determined at its meeting on 05 September that the SCI should submit its suggested changes to its Charter to the Council for consideration. However, these changes would not include modifications of the current language on the decision-making methodology. I have attached the latest version of the Charter. This includes the changes and comments suggested by the Charter Drafting Sub-Team and those suggested during discussions at various SCI meetings.
