I was able to get in and create the SOI; however, I could not find the restrictions edit  that would allow me to limit any future edits of this statement to just me.  Avri?

Our IT staff have tested the wiki using several different platforms and have encountered no problems.  Please try to access the page again.  If you encounter any problems please let me know.  The site is located at: https://community.icann.org/display/gnsosoi/GNSO+Statements+of+Interest+%28SOI%29.  When you go to the link you should get a log-in page.  You should use the log-in and password that you have for the GNSO Confluence wiki.  

Once you log in you will see that we have uploaded a 10-minute tutorial which explains the SOI solution and walks through each of the steps to create a new SOI.
