Dear all,
Please find below today's agenda, in addition to three documents for review.
  1. A overview of the discussions/recommendations of IRTP Part A and B in relation to last week's discussion. These refer to specifically the conflicts o authority (in cases of transfer) between registered name holders and administrative contact. As well as special (locking) mechanism might be necessary  for a change of registrant after a change of registrar.
  2. A written overview of the TDRP information that we have received from ICANN compliance, Verisign, Dispute Resolution Providers and registrars.
  3. A – yet to be improved – mindmap that visualizes the TDRP information
  4. The public review tool with updated notes on the relevant discussions of the last two meetings
