In addition, Thomas Rickert provided a written version of his argument for supporting an extension of the statue of limitation that he made to the WG orally in Singapore (Rec #5). A small spoiler alert: most comments are at least broadly (if not very) supportive of the recommendation, although Arthur Zonnenberg argues strongly to abandon the FOAs.
