Dear LD PDP WG,
Thank you, Louis and Maureen, for sharing your kind words. LT/Staff were deeply saddened and shocked to hear of Alan’s passing
yesterday. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all those who knew him during this difficult time. Accordingly, we will add a brief moment during our upcoming meeting at ICANN86 to remember and honor him and reflect on his impact and contributions.
He was deeply engaged in our work and, in every way he could, sought to support and contribute to our efforts in his capacity as the Board Liaison to the LD PDP WG. We were grateful for his commitment and thoughtful involvement. Those of you who knew him well,
please feel free to add a few words during Item 2 in the Proposed Agenda below.
