My seven (7) observations/ inputs ,though minor may be taken as below: 

  1. X.1.1 Topic 1:  Preliminary Recoomendations X (X.1) line 3 mark(s) as per Unicode Table. ( Add ‘as’). 
  2. Topic 3 Preliminary recommendations 2: 

 

Add ‘only’ after application round( last line). 

3.  Preliminary  recommendation 8: ‘a’ can be removed from ‘both a technical and operational perspective’ ( line 4). 

4.  Preliminary Recommendation 13:  13.1  TLD string may be modified as gTLD string.

 

Define or refer to “ Established institutions” 

13.3 Add ‘or authority letter from brand owner/ owners’ at the end. 

5.  Preliminary recommendations 32: change ‘ unable’ with ‘fail’

6.  Preliminary recommendations no 34: ‘ either voluntarily or involuntarily’ may be substituted by “ due to any valid reason/ reasons

7.   Preliminary recommendation 37 : Add “ and the set become invalid” at the end of paragraph.
