Thanks for taking the lead and proposing having pre-icann meeting call. I don't know if there is also a plan to have a meeting in London too.
I see a good trend of more cooperation between the two sides of NCPH, including this. so a general call may be tested in near future but understand that a separate can be more suitable for now.
For time/date, I would suggest setting a doodle to find the appropriate time for NCSG members. maybe we can ask kindly Glen to setup a doodle for the next 10 days?
the proposed time range is not suitable for me but I can survive a midnight or or 6:00am call JST :)

Most of us were able to find time to meet in Singapore, and one of the suggestions I heard repeatedly was to try to schedule at least one teleconference between the various components of the NCPH and me, as your current Board member. We are now about 5 weeks out from the London ICANN 50 meeting, so I thought I would reach out to you to ask if you would like to schedule such a call in the next week or so. I am open to joining a general call, or separate calls with each constituency.
Please let me know your preferences. My schedule is not too difficult for the next 10 days, but I do live in the same time zone as Los Angeles, so would appeciate it if any calls could be scheduled between 15:00 to 00:00 UTC if at all possible.
