Please find attached a letter drafted by the RySG’s Discussion Group on RSPs. We hope you find this letter useful in your own group’s discussions and would ask that you share the letter with the SubPro WG as appropriate.

As mentioned in the letter, we are aware of your Feb 9 call and should you need me to attend that call to provide an overview of the DG’s work, please let me know.
