Hi,

Jeff asked me to resubmit to the list  to volunteer as Chair / Lead for the Regulatory and Legal WT2, which kicks off on Thursday 20.00 UTC.

I am known to many of you. I think I have the knowledge , experience on some of the Regulatory critical  issues ( EBERO, COI , LOC  Vertical Integration , Closed Generics)  with  possible  solutions and “ mid course corrections” ( as Kurt puts it ) that will be required, but might struggling on some Legal ones, including the RPMs and Global Public Interest definition.

There are many lawyers on the list . Perhaps one of you would be interested in Co Chairing/ Leading.

I look forward to discussing further and getting started on the  long round to a Round 2.
