The next call for the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Sub Team – Track 4 - IDNs/Technical & Operations will take place for 60 minutes on Monday, 05 February 2018 at 20:00 UTC, 21:00 Brussels, 20:00 London, 12:00 Los Angeles, 15:00 Washington DC; Tuesday, 06 February 2018 04:00 Singapore, 05:00 Tokyo, 07:00 Sydney. 

The proposed agenda is as follows:

1. Welcome, SOI updates
2. Review of Technical Services suggestions for additional technical criteria (https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=58735969)

3. Review of Operations responses for request on CQs (also available at https://community.icann.org/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=58735969)

4. Review of responses for delegation rate and maximum number of TLDs (available at https://community.icann.org/display/NGSPP/4.6.1+Security+and+Stability)

5.    AOB

All of the response reviews will include assessment of WG agreement or disagreement, and can lead to tentative consensus calls. Prior reading of the responses is strongly recommended.
