Dear WT4 members, 

The next call for the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures Sub Team – Track 4 - IDNs/Technical & Operations will take place for 60 minutes on Monday, 12 February 2018 at 15:00 UTC, 16:00 Brussels, 15:00 London, 07:00 Los Angeles, 10:00 Washington DC, 23:00 Singapore; Tuesday, 13 February 2018 00:00 Tokyo, 02:00 Sydney. 

The proposed agenda, as previously mentioned during the full WG call last Monday, is as follows:

1.  Welcome, SOI updates
2. Continued discussion of financial evaluation models

3.    AOB

All of the models reviews will include assessment of WG agreement or disagreement, and can lead to tentative consensus calls. Prior reading of the models and meeting #22 slides (https://community.icann.org/display/NGSPP/2018-01-11+New+gTLD+Subsequent+Procedures+PDP+Work+Track+4) is strongly recommended. 

For WG members, please use the instructions in the calendar invite for connecting to AC and phone bridge, with phone bridge recommended for those willing to speak.
