During our WT4 meeting today, Cheryl mentioned that the topic currently under consideration for having a detached team looking into it is namespace collisions; in order for WT members to have a better understanding of what's involved in this topic, I've gathered reference materials from different views and moments of the reasoning that ended-up with the controlled interruption mechanism.
