It assumes far too much to think that limitless (or one even extensive) lists of cities and other strings not covered by the 2012 AGB, will be part of those criteria. We need clearer criteria on which geonames will be granted gate-keeping rights and under what circumstances. Also which ones might have “curative rights” such as Dispute resolution processes and under which circumstances. An over-reliance on preemptive rights vs. curative rights would be a serious error.
