After the second reading of the ToR at the previous meeting, where some minor revisions were made and circulated 3 January, no further comments or objections were received and none were raised at our meeting this week. Hence we are treating this as the final version for WT5 and we can now focus on the substance of the work.

As discussed on the call today, no additional comments were received on the Terms of Reference document circulated on 3 January 2018. We asked on the call if there were any final objections to considering the ToR language final at this point. No objections were raised.

In the absence of any additional comments or objections, the attached text is considered final, allowing the Work Track to proceed with the substance of its work.
