The ToR in its section on Membership Criteria says members participate in their individual capacity unless otherwise stated. My question is if you are participating as GAC or Iran representative should you not be stating so to the Work Track now?

Why?
We gave not debated that issue
Pls note that GAC in its conditions of participation referred to that concept
It is therefore inappropriate that someone’s view dominate the requested conditions without being debated
