Dear Work Track 5 Members, Happy new year! Pursuant to the WT5 call on 20 December 2017, staff has attempted to integrate feedback received during the call into the attached draft Terms of Reference (attached in red-line and clean). As you will see, the changes are relatively minimal, with the most substantial changes being found in the Scope section. For those that were on the call, they may remember that there was support from a number of participants for Scope text proposed by Kristina Rosette. The next WT5 meeting is scheduled for 17 January 2018 at 05:00 UTC and the Terms of Reference will make up at least a portion of the agenda for that meeting. To help make that part of the meeting productive, it will be helpful if comments to this current draft are submitted as far in advance of the next meeting as possible. Best, Steve Steven Chan
