Hi Jeff,

Just to clarify, in this session, you are asking for the full WG to conduct substantive deliberations on the listed issues without the benefit of a staff summary of the public comments?

Anne,

Thanks for the questions.  But our session is a working session and we did not want to summarize or paraphrase any of the comments in slides.  The Summary Doc contains the exact wording used in the comments (not a true summary).  We need to be prepared to discuss those comments, so there is an expectation that everyone will have read them prior to the meeting.

Thanks.

Jeff

Thanks Julie et al

Jeff and Cheryl,

Based on this slide deck, it’s very difficult to understand what points in the public comment will be reviewed under each category that is proposed to be reviewed in the ICANN 69 meeting.  We are relying on the “working document” that is the summary of public comment but this is a public meeting where participants may not have any familiarity with the process and the document is not linked in the slides.

Given this meeting is public-facing, shouldn’t the slides have a bit more detail as to the summary of the public comment on the issues listed in the power point?

Thank you,

Anne
