Please see for review the attached revised draft Final Report in Word and PDF.

The new redlines in the attached revised draft Final Report reflect the edits made by leadership and support staff on the following:

Proposed edits in response to Topical Email 10 – new Implementation Guidance 34.11 (p 164 & 168).
Order of Implementation Guidance 34.2 and 34.4 has been reversed following suggestion by Justine Chew (p 162-163).
Additional edits for clarity/accuracy (see comments inline for explanation of each revision): Implementation Guidance 26.8 (p 118), Affirmation with Modification 34.1 (p 162), Affirmation with Modification 35.1 (p 173), and Implementation Guidance 39.5 (p 188).

Note: In reviewing the revised draft Final Report WG members are requested to limit their review to the redlines in the revised draft Final Report, and to focus only on errors and/or omissions, if any. If any errors/omissions are noted please send them to the WG email distribution list, referencing the page number and text, respectively.

Please submit comments to the list, if any, not later than Thursday 17 December at 23:59 UTC.
