Attached is the final version of our "like-minded group" containing our proposal for a new class of ngTLD domains to address the issues raised by the issues of defining how closed generic strings can work for the public interest.  We understand that our proposal will be submitted as a part of the Subsequent Procedures Working Group's imminent submission of its work product to date for public comment.
