Thank you for your continued participation in the Doodle poll regarding the recurring meeting schedule post ICANN55.

Separately, regarding the upcoming WG call that is currently scheduled for 29 February at 22:00 UTC, unfortunately, staff missed a conflict with a Special GNSO Council meeting (which I would note Paul McGrady, at least, raised as a concern during the first call). As a result, we have prepared a Doodle poll to select an alternative time, which I am hoping to complete by Wednesday, 23:39 UTC to allow for some advanced notice to WG members. Hi Michele,

Indeed, there is a poll that Steve Chan has just sent about the rotation of call times post-ICANN 55.  It seemed to staff that the sense of today’s call was that since time is so short prior to Marrakech (and people are traveling next week) we should schedule the call for next Monday the 29th at the same time as today’s call — recognizing that the time may not work for some people.

The call was re-scheduled so some people who might have attended on the original time couldn’t at the new time

If there is to be any kind of poll about call times it should be with the entire group

Thanks Julie for sharing this. I would like to highlight that doesn't make sense to poll about next call time only  those who could  attend today in first place.
I hope that we are planning some rotation of confcall times.

Per the action item on today’s call, staff have reviewed the GNSO schedule and found that there are no conflicts to hold a call on 29 February at 2200 UTC.  Also, after reviewing the chat room transcript there seemed to be support for holding the call at that day and time.  Thus, in the interest of getting the call on everyone’s schedule as quickly as possible, we will proceed to have the GNSO Secretariat schedule the call.
