Dear Sub Group Members (and full WG Members),

In support of the upcoming Initial Report public comment review process, work sheets have been prepared to organize the public comment received. One work sheet has been created per Sub Group and within each work sheet, there is a tab per topic (e.g., Applicant Support, Objections, Base Registry Agreement, etc.).

On the first tab of each of the three worksheets, you can find a draft work plan, which in part, is intended to help Sub Group members understand when a topic is planned to be discussed. We recommend that this work plan be used to help Sub Group members review comments in advance of discussing the subject matter on calls.
On each topic/tab, there is a column D. This column will be used to capture assessments made from the Sub Group discussions on each comment, which at a high level should fall into one or more of the following categorizations: Concerns, Divergence, Agreement, and/or New Idea.
