Dear WG Members,

In support of agenda item 2 on the Predictability Framework, the Co-Chairs and staff sought to organize what we understand the primary concerns to be (as identified in the slides from the ICANN68 working session) and the corresponding mitigations in place. The expectation is that this will aid the working group in determining whether the concerns are adequately addressed or if additional measures may be helpful. We understand this is late delivery, but nevertheless, we are hopeful that it will facilitate the discussion and is therefore worth sharing even if close to the meeting start time.
