“When you access the new
Public Comment Feature [feedback.icann.org], you will see a new user interface. The Public Comment Proceedings that you will see on the landing page are comprised of test data, so these
are not active Proceedings. We created these sample Proceedings, to give you the opportunity to experiment with the new interface and allow you to test out and publish a sample Public
Comment Submission using the new format.”
The sample proceedings are based on closed proceedings.

It should say there is NO upcoming proceeding in March 2020 for WT 5.
I wish they put fake text in….because several people have now reached out to me to see if there was something going on with WT 5.

Please note that all of the data on that page is “Test Data”. It is NOT REAL. So, the fact that it says that there is a March 2020 for WT 5 is
not real. I repeat, it is NOT REAL. There is upcoming proceeding in March 2020 for WT 5.
