Dear Working Group members,

There will be some small changes to the way you dial into New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP WG calls going forward. Please find additional information below.

What is happening?

ICANN is switching to a different telecom provider for SubPro working group calls in an ongoing effort to find cost savings. We will continue to use Adobe Connect, but some of the telephone details will change. This change will begin with the call on 13 August. You will receive updated calendar invites with details shortly.

What to expect:

• New telephone access number: please check your calendar and email invitations closely.
• Passcode is NUMERIC and 4 digits, and to be typed on the phone.
• RECORD your first and last name clearly when prompted, this is key for attendance purposes.

What doesn’t change:

• Adobe Connect audio will still be available.
• There will be no delays in recordings nor transcriptions.
• Dial outs will be provided as usual.
