Since this is the GNSO, we can have consensus with a comment (or even comments) against on record.  So we may well have the "beginning of consensus" (which is what I called it, to be accurate) emerging and evolving past the point where your comment was made.

I am in total agreement here as a possible  way forward of structuring the Leadership Team , around two Co Chairs ( Jeff , Avri)  and  5 Vice Chairs (Sub Team Leaders ) .  ( Brett , Steven , Phil ( myself) + two others )

I absolutely agree these ST Leads will  need be qualified in the ST topics

 

Conveniently the Issues Report is subdivided  into  5 key topics

5  TECHNICAL, FINANCIAL , OPERATIONS.

 

I would be happy to put my name forward  to lead as VC 5 . I think I am “qualified”  to lead on the technical , financial , operational topics.

I would prefer to have Co-Chairs (with all the experience and independent neutrality in actions, that such roles require) and a set of 5 SubTeam Leaders who can then forn part of a Leadership Team...
