In distributing this, I would like to stress a few points that were made on the call:
· This is merely a staff summary for WG consideration and corrections or other edits are of course welcomed and encouraged.
· The presence of this draft document should not be considered to diminish the impact that CC1 responses may have on deliberations or final outcomes.
