Dear WG members,

Thank you for your responses to the SubPro Doodle poll. Of those who expressed a preference between Monday and Tuesday slots at 3:00 UTC, 15 preferred Tuesday and 1 preferred Monday. The upcoming meeting currently scheduled for 3:00 UTC on Monday 9 January will be moved to Tuesday 10 January at the same time.

In addition to the responses expressing support for one option, 7 people voted for both options and 9 voted against both options. The leadership team recognizes that the general discussion on the 3:00 UTC timeslot will need to continue and looks forward to resuming this conversation in the new year.

Subject: Doodle Poll: 3:00 UTC time slot for New gTLD SubPro PDP WG

Dear WG members,

The New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP WG currently rotates between three meeting time slots: Monday at 3:00 UTC, Monday at 15:00 UTC, and Monday at 20:00 UTC. 

As Avri mentioned on our WG call today, some members have suggested replacing the Monday at 3:00 UTC slot (which falls on Sunday for some time zones) with a Tuesday at 3:00 UTC slot to improve attendance.
