Dear WG Members,
One of the other topics on the agenda for Monday’s face to face meetings is to consider what topics may require additional public comment. The Co-Chairs and staff have taken a first pass at this exercise, which you will here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/19vmRAqansu_eo71jXnYG3fz_MiThlGZnq9kxMagrDC0/edit?usp=sharing. However, as this WG has discussed, the basis for seeking additional public comment should be when the outcomes (e.g., draft Final Recommendations) represent something that the community has not reasonably had a chance previously to provide comment. From that standpoint, any discussions on Monday will be preliminary, as the WG works towards its draft Final Recommendations.

Dear WG Members,
In support of the SubPro sessions on 4 November 2019, from 15:15-18:30 local time (see agenda here: https://community.icann.org/x/BY7kBg), leadership and staff have developed discussion papers for three topics. The creation of these discussion papers is not to introduce new information but rather, to organize existing materials to facilitate a constructive and productive discussion. Those three topics and relevant discussion papers can be found directly below, as well as on the agenda page.
