Leadership Team members may take up a point on a particular item, but will do it in coordination with the Leadership Team.
Leadership Team members will make clear what "hat" the member is wearing to avoid lack of clarity on positions.

2. Schedule of Meetings:

Mondays are preferred.
Do a 1/1 rotation between 1600 UTC and 2200 UTC.
Next meeting is in Marrakech on 10 March at 0900 to 1030 UTC: https://meetings.icann.org/en/marrakech55/schedule/thu-new-gtld-subsequent-procedures.
After Marrakech resume meeting on Monday, 21 March at 2200 UTC.
Begin with weekly meetings for 90 minutes each.

Action Items: The GNSO Secretariat will schedule the meeting after Marrakech for Monday, 21 March at 2200 UTC for 90 minutes.

4. Organization of Work:

Front load the questions with high-level questions -- such as should there be new gTLD subsequent procedures -- with downstream impacts and high-level principles.
Work on the foundational questions as a larger group and then break into sub teams.
Look at other work in the community (Nielson and Analysis Studies, CCT Review Team, SSAC, GAC, CWG Use of Country/Territory Names, PDP on RPMs, ALAC?).

Action items:

Agree on a work organization approach (done)
Staff in coordination with the Co-Chairs will assign subjects to work organizational framework
Staff in coordination with the Co-Chairs will develop work plan and with milestones for intial and final report(s).
WG members should become familiar with existing policy recommendations from 2007 Final Report: http://gnso.icann.org/en/issues/new-gtlds/pdp-dec05-fr-parta-08aug07.htm
WG should seek a GAC liaison as a participant or GNSO Liaison to the GAC (Mason Cole)
Consider doing a survey of 2012 applicants
