There has been some discussion around an accreditation program for Registry Service Providers. I started to put down some thoughts on it and especially on reasons for creating such a program. Those thoughts developed into the attached paper. For reasons stated in the paper, I think the discussion about such a program should occur sooner rather than later - whether it be in this group or some other group.
