I cannot attend at 15:00 UTC on Thursday.

I also would like to know more about the goals of the discussion.  We have discussed for years and, by our WG agreement, we put the whole issue out for review and comment by the community, including our three proposals.  Shouldn't we be waiting for the input we requested?

Also, if we change or adapt the proposals, aren't we changing the goalposts of the public comment -- will the comments still be relevant?  Is that fair to commenters, or to us?

Best, Kathy

Re: [Gnso-newgtld-wg] Cancelling this Week's Full Working Group Call

Which time is most convenient for the proposal proponents, Jeff? Since it is important that they attend?

Kindly

15 UTC is 1 am in Sidney, midnight in Tokyo or 11 pm in Beijing, so it's also not that comfortable for them.

Hi Jeff,
Thanks for the update.
Would it be possible to change the call to the same time next week - ie Thursday 10 September 15 00 UTC.

Currently it is at 03 00 UTC which will obviously limit us Europeans from attending.
Thanks

All,

FYI, we are cancelling the Working Group call for September 3, 2020 for a couple of reasons.  We had wanted to use this time to do a deeper dive into some of the Closed Generics proposals, but some of proposal proponents were unable to make it.  Plus, I know that a number of you are working with your Cs, SGc, ACs, SOs, etc. to prepare comments for the final report.

We WILL continue our meetings next week.

Sorry for the late notice.

Sincerely,

Jeff
