On behalf of Jeff Neuman and Cheryl Langdon-Orr, SubPro PDP WG Co-Chairs, and Flip Petillion and Elsa Saade, GNSO Council Liaisons to the WG, please see the attached Project Change Request (PCR) and WG work plan/timeline for your consideration for the agenda of the GNSO Council Meeting on 20 February. As noted in the PCR, the Co-Chairs and liaisons are forecasting the delivery of the Final Report no later than 31 December 2020.
