To satisfy Asia pacific, any time after 05,00 UTC was also ok. For US and other Latin American 05,00 UTC is also suitable All Group has had meeting at 05,00 UTC That time is also not too bad for European. I therefore do not who has opted for that tine ( 03,00UTC) for the second time in less than two months. Is it si selected to exclude European Attending the call. Pls Explain Kavouss
