Dear WG Members, Please find the proposed agenda for the New gTLD Subsequent Procedures PDP WG meeting scheduled for 12 November 2018 at 15:00 UTC, for 90 minutes. Agenda review/SOIs Recap from ICANN63/WG Updates Update on Sub Group Efforts Topics for full WG consideration (several topics have been identified in the CCT-RT report and the Initial Report public comment review) AOB For agenda item 4, from the CCT-RT report (see preliminary analysis of the recommendations directed at SubPro here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1PGV5_nMafLWtSHyCGdr-b8eqoJj9B8YKBShe...), the leadership team intends to cover several recommendations, including one that seeks to “Create incentives and/or eliminate current disincentives that encourage gTLD registries to meet user expectations regarding…”, one related to the identification and collection of metrics, among others. The co-chairs are also recommending that a handful of general comments from the Initial Report could be considered by the full WG as well, including: what activities in the community and external to this PDP might serve as some form of dependency, ICANN Org’s ability to make suggestions during implementation in the event this WG does not provide specific guidance, etc. It may be worth reviewing the Sub Group A meeting from 8 November 2018 here: https://community.icann.org/x/6B_8BQ Those signed up as Members to this PDP WG should have received meeting information from the SOAC Support team.
