I must have missed something. Why are we having a meeting on Monday at a time that is outside the meeting schedule times for ICANN69? I share Donna's dismay at the timing of this meeting. In how many times zones are volunteers supposed to operate? It is no secret that with a remote meeting, we are both participating in ICANN69 and performing our day jobs at the same time. Correct Justine. All we have is a set of topics, but not the actual comments. The SSAC informed us a few weeks ago that they would not have time to submit comments to the Draft Final Report during the comment period. We offered the SSAC this opportunity so that we could still get their important feedback now, as opposed to them sending their comments to the Board after the Final Report is done.
