Dear Kavouss and all, Apologies if it was not clear, but as staff noted during last week’s WG meeting, the Zoom link and teleconference details cannot be included in the agenda email as that email goes to the full WG distribution list, including to observers who do not attend WG meetings (and who thus should not receive the Zoom link and teleconference details). However, as also noted during last week’s WG meeting – and appreciated by WG members – the GNSO Secretariat sends a reminder of the meeting invite, which includes the Zoom link and teleconference details, just prior to the meeting. This email goes to WG members only, not to observers. Staff notes that this is not a new action subsequent to last week’s WG discussion; it is a standard, ongoing practice to send the reminder just prior to the PDP WG meetings. We hope this is a helpful clarification, but please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
