Survey on Newcomer Tools
Dear ICANN Community member, We need your input to improve GNSO newcomer and training tools. GNSO Council has directed<http://gnso.icann.org/en/council/resolutions#201607> staff to develop a survey to assess the familiarity that the community has with the different newcomer and training tools as well as their perceived usefulness. Umm Perhaps it is just me, but two things of concern when I just ran through the survey:- 1st... there is no ability to score the same numerical value for the different Sub questions in each section question any selection of say a second 8 (or 10 etc.,) removes any other 8 (etc.,) already placed against the other sub questions... And 2nd... I see no submit button only a go back to the sample surveys option...
